We want your gear to work for you on court. If something is not right, here is how returns work at the SRQ Tennis and Pickleball Pro Shop.
Start within 30 days. Text 941-239-4703 or email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what you would like to return. We will confirm the item qualifies and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with the return shipping address.
Ship it directly to the address on your RMA. Our products ship from our fulfillment partner, and returns go straight back to them. Please do not bring or send returns to a lesson court. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and keep your tracking number.
Racquets: unused, no ball fuzz or scrapes, handle wrapper still on.
Shoes: unworn, in the original shoe box, with no labels or tape on the shoe box itself. Please put the shoe box inside a shipping box.
Apparel: unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.
Bags, strings, grips, paddles, and balls: unused, in original packaging.

Final sale and customized items cannot be returned.
Refunds. Once the return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after delivery for the refund to appear. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Return shipping. You cover return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. In that case, tell us within 3 days of delivery and send a photo, and we will take care of the return label.
Exchanges. For a different size or color, place a new order for the item you want and return the original under an RMA. That gets the right gear to you fastest.
Local pickup in Sarasota and Manatee: free
Choose Local Pickup at checkout and skip shipping. To keep pickup free, we group pickup orders together and ship them to SRQ Tennis in one batch, so please allow 7 to 10 business days. You will get a text when your order is ready. Pickup days are Tuesday and Thursday; the ready message includes the location and time window. Orders not collected within 14 days of the ready message are treated as a return under the return policy.
Standard shipping
Orders ship from our fulfillment partner directly to you with 2-Day Home Delivery for a flat $18.95 per order, no matter how many items you add. You will receive tracking by text and email. We ship within the United States only.
Availability. Every item is confirmed with our fulfillment partner after checkout. In the rare case an item is no longer available, we will contact you right away with options, including a full refund.agraph Font
